Robert Timmins, a well-known and respected lecturer and nurse educator since 2000, began his full-time role as a Nurse Educator for Queensland Health in 2004. The spark to start his own venture ignited in 2007 when he was asked to provide education for Medical Students at the University of Queensland. Rob initially established himself as a sole trader, later formalizing the entity as "ECT4Health Pty Ltd" in 2014.

Rob's vision has always been to deliver exceptional nursing education through seminars, workshops, and conferences across Australia and the Pacific. On International Nurses Day, 12th May 2014, Rob officially began his journey as director and principal educator of ECT4Health. Since then, the ECT4Health team has conducted over 380 seminars, workshops, and 7 CPD conferences for groups of Nurses and Paramedics.

As a fully Nurse-owned and operated business, ECT4Health is independent of nursing recruitment agencies, focusing instead on tailored education for Emergency Care professionals, Hospitals, Aged Care facilities, Agencies, and Remote/Rural & Correctional Facilities. In a partnership with ECT4Health, Clevvi undertook the challenge of developing a comprehensive Health Training portal from the ground up.

The task was to create a platform tailored for nurses and paramedics, integrating functionalities such as a robust booking system for consultations, tutoring sessions, and seminars. Additionally, the portal included a content management system for medical training materials and a dedicated section for online training and accreditation.
