Large Farming, Manufacturing and Food Production Client
Logistics application for tracking grain commodities from planting to harvest and production facilities

This client is a leading Australian manufacturing, farming, and food production agribusiness. They operate on a massive scale across Australia with vast operations, farms and agribusiness facilities.
Due to the nature of their business and the extent of their operations in sometimes remote areas, the business generated a substantial amount of manual work between farms, silos, transports along a very large supply chain.
The impact of this innovative solution was transformative.
The Client successfully harvested over 38,000 hectares using the application, rendering manual and paper-based processes obsolete. The system operated reliably around the clock, with real-time updates and accurate data available instantly. In the first season alone, the system uncovered a missing consignment that would have been lost under manual processes, effectively paying for the entire project.
The Custom Netsuite-Integrated Grain Tracking App was tailored to the Client's specific needs. Clevvi expanded the data model to incorporate new entities such as silos, bins, storage locations, and commodity types. They developed an automated delivery docketing system for Farm Managers, providing real-time data entry and sending automated notifications to truck drivers. This system seamlessly integrated with the Client's Netsuite ERP, automating reconciliation processes, carrier payments, RCTI payments, and invoicing.
Clevvi's innovative solution, the Custom Netsuite-Integrated Grain Tracking App, has transformed the operations of a leading Australian manufacturing, farming, and food production agribusiness.

The Client, a major agricultural enterprise based in rural New South Wales, faced challenges with manual processes that relied heavily on paper forms and Excel for data processing.
With team members working in remote locations with limited connectivity, delays in record-keeping were common. Tracking an average of 15-20 deliveries a day, each with an average of 50 tonnes, any lost paperwork could have significant financial implications.
This state-of-the-art system replaced the cumbersome manual paper and Excel-based processes previously used by the Client's farm and logistics team to track grain commodities from planting and harvest through to contract allocation. Integrated seamlessly with their Netsuite ERP system, this custom app has brought about remarkable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Turning to Clevvi for their expertise, the Client sought to digitize their winter crop business processes. Clevvi's team embarked on a co-designing process with the Client's team members to identify key requirements. Recognizing the limitations of off-the-shelf solutions, Clevvi proposed a bespoke system that would offer better value, customization, and integration with their existing ERP system.
Efficiency: The system streamlined processes, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.
Accuracy: Real-time data ensured accurate and up-to-date information for better decision-making.
